The purpose of the Network is to establish colloboration and knowledge exchange among water professionals of the five participating countries in order to help establish joint monitoring program on water quality of streams in the Black Sea region. Members of the Network will meet online (Neighbourhood Network Meetings) and through these events the scientific community, policy makers, water management employees, stakeholders and general public will be informed on the results of the project. This will also provide an avenue to interact with them on the project's results that could help improve it.
